Infested by Potholes

It's a Statewide epidemic this year. Potholes are everywhere...small, big, and some large enough to lose a village in. No fault of the road crews, the winter weather was no match for asphalt and concrete. All of these potholes brought me back to warmer days last summer when a road nearby encountered a really bad case of potholes. Someone with genius skills and ideas brought attention to the problem which we found to be quite humorous.
