Rachael Ray Publishes My Heirloom Recipe!
I am so excited! Thanks to Anne-Marie for suggesting that I should submit my recipe for Latvian Potato Salad to Rachael Ray! I ended up submitting the recipe as an Heirloom Recipe and received word yesterday, after a month of waiting, that it had been accepted for publication on the Racheal Ray website! WOO HOO!!!

Thanks Anne-Marie! I was totally blown away when I opened the email yesterday...particularly when I did not include a photo of the potato salad. Apparently there is a greater chance of your recipe being chosen when a photo is included. Who would have thought...LOL

LOL...that's only if I stand next to RR on live TV. THAT would be way cool!!!
