It's been a while since I last posted anything on my blog, and for good reasons. I took a mini vacation and jumped on a plane to surprise my dad for his 70th Birthday. Josh and Ashley went with, and Ashley's BF went with us as well. Mom and I managed to pull it off and boy was my father ever surprised. It was a great extended weekend and I would do it again!
The day after we returned from our trip Josh had an accident with his truck...the tree stopped him.

Thankfully no one was seriously injured in the accident. He's been sharing my car until he found a replacement (which is going to be on the road this weekend...YEAH!!!)
Thanksgiving is one of those Holiday's that hasn't become overly commercialized. I have much to be thankful for each and every day and Thanksgiving is an opportunity to reflect on all of the bounty and blessings in my life ~ my family, my health, my friends, my job, a roof over my head, and food on the table each night. I am also thankful for all of my faithful customers this past year.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Nice post about the holiday & appreciating everything it has to offer. (Especially being thankful nobody was seriously hurt in that car!)
Hello from a fellow etsyblogger! I also host a group called New England Bloggers on my blog. Check it out and let me know if you grab the button.
I can't believe I missed this post...I saw it on my blog feed and kept thinking I had read it already. I'm losing my mind.
Anyway, I'm so glad no one was hurt. Ugh...look at that truck. Has he found a new vehicle yet?
