I have struggled for some time with this decision, but it is for the best. In addition to working full-time, I am now enrolled as a full-time student working towards BS in Nutrition Science. With my family raised, I no longer need to supplement my income, and can focus on future career goals. I have a deep rooted passion to see radical changes with School Foodservice, and am thrilled with the impending changes from the USDA and the National Farm to School movement that has been gaining momentum in Vermont for several years. My role is such that I am educating students to make healthier food choices, and changing the way they perceive food.
I have met some wonderful people, and have had a great customer base. I will miss you all.

Oh Linda, I will miss your blog, but I totally understand. You've made a great career choice; I know you will make a huge contribution to the health of many generations of students! Best of luck to you! Please stay on Facebook and keep in touch.
I'm so happy for you as you move on to a new phase of your life and continue your education. I'll miss your products. There are other Etsy stores but your products were fabulous and I always felt better supporting a fellow Vermonter. Well, who knows perhaps our paths shall cross again as I am raising more food and branching out into sales. My farm food at your school would be amazing.
